Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and 544k ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 544k website, mobile interface, software, betting markets, casino games, fish shooting games, and all related services collectively referred to as "the Platform".

By creating a 544k account, accessing the 544k Login page, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.

These Terms should be read alongside the 544k Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional communication, these Terms shall take precedence.

Eligibility Requirements

Access to the 544k Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 544k enforces a strict 21+ policy and will request proof of age documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated systems (bots) are not permitted to hold a 544k account.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of 544k or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processors, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 544k Platform under a self-exclusion arrangement or disciplinary closure.

Account Registration & Management

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the 544k Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts discovered to be duplicates will be closed, and any balances in those accounts may be forfeited without notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and mobile phone number. You must promptly update your account information if any of these details change. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure.

3.3 Account Security & 544k Login Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 544k Login username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 544k will never contact you to ask for your password. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the 544k support team immediately at [email protected]. 544k is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to protect your credentials.

3.4 Account Dormancy

An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as dormant. 544k reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 against any remaining balance in a dormant account after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address. If the balance reaches zero and the account remains inactive, it may be closed permanently.

3.5 Account Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting the 544k support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. All pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcome before the account is closed. Any positive balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the payment method most recently used to make a deposit, subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures.

Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

544k currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. 544k does not accept deposits from payment methods held in the name of a third party.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed on the deposit interface at the time of the transaction. 544k reserves the right to modify deposit limits at its discretion and to apply individual account-level limits for responsible gaming or fraud prevention purposes.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time is between ten (10) minutes and twenty-four (24) hours depending on the payment method. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method that has previously been used to make a verified deposit on the same account. 544k does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal, 544k may require you to complete identity verification by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification document and proof of payment method ownership. This is a standard anti-money laundering and fraud prevention measure. Withdrawals will be placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4.5 Currency

All account balances, deposits, wagers and withdrawals are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to transactions processed in BDT. Any transaction originating from a payment instrument denominated in a foreign currency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction; conversion fees may apply.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by 544k are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotion-specific terms expressly state otherwise.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a 544k account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds (where applicable to sports betting bonuses) are set out in the specific promotion terms. Wagering on restricted games or markets does not count towards fulfilling wagering requirements.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse 544k's bonus system — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts to claim the same welcome offer, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee outcomes, using automated betting systems, or exploiting technical errors — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. 544k reserves the right to void bonus funds, reverse associated winnings, and permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5.4 Promotional Validity

All promotions have a defined validity period. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. 544k is not obligated to extend promotional validity for any reason, including but not limited to technical downtime or personal circumstances.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 544k — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, bilateral series), football, kabaddi and other available markets — are subject to the specific sport and market rules published in the betting rules section of the Platform. Odds are subject to change prior to the acceptance of a bet. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet slip reference number is issued, the odds are locked.

6.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are available for selected cricket and football events. In-play odds fluctuate rapidly based on live match conditions. 544k reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets placed after the conclusion of the event they relate to — regardless of whether a technical delay caused them to appear accepted — will be voided and stakes returned.

6.3 Casino & Slot Games

Casino games available in the 544k Casino — including live dealer tables by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live and Ezugi, and slot titles by NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe — are governed by the rules embedded within each game's software. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are set by the respective game providers and are not modifiable by 544k.

6.4 Fish Shooting Games

Fish shooting games, including Gold Toad Fishing and Butterfly Blossom, operate according to the rules published within each game interface. Scores and payouts are calculated in real time by the game server. In the event of a disconnection during a fish shooting game session, any targets already hit and confirmed by the server will be credited; targets in progress at the time of disconnection may not be awarded.

6.5 Void Bets & Error Resolution

544k reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was placed or completed under an obvious technical error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, corrupted game data, or server malfunction. Any winnings associated with a voided bet or round will be reversed and the original stake returned. Disputes regarding the outcome of a bet or game round must be submitted to [email protected] within fourteen (14) calendar days of the relevant event date.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 544k Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that compromises the integrity of a sporting event on which bets are offered.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino environments.
• Laundering money or using the Platform to facilitate any transaction connected to criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy server, or other means of disguising your geographic location in order to circumvent access restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software, security measures, or game engines.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 544k staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.
• Registering on behalf of another person without their explicit written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 544k, its directors, employees, agents, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

544k does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Platform at your own risk. 544k's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by 544k's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

Privacy & Data Use

544k collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your data is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and where you have opted in, promotional communications. 544k does not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Amendments to These Terms

544k reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 544k will notify registered account holders via the email address on file at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where changes are required urgently for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, in which case they may take immediate effect.

The most current version of these Terms is always available on the 544k website. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your account.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 544k is incorporated. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under rules mutually agreed upon in writing. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

For the avoidance of doubt, these Terms do not constitute and shall not be construed as constituting any representation that online gambling is legal in Bangladesh or in any other jurisdiction. It remains your sole responsibility to comply with the laws applicable to you.
